Either a lot of these reviews exaggerate or I just got lucky. My food came in 40 minutes, (that includes 15 mins to drive to my house), was hot, crispy and delicious. No complaints from here. My only suggestion is to order through the Doordash app. You can track your order and if there are any issues they always make it right.
